Privacy policy

The controller of personal data collected through this site is Buildex. You can reach us at hello@buildex.ltd.

If you use the project form we collect your name, email address, phone number (with country code), optional company name, the type of project you select, and your message. We also receive technical data that the host attaches to the request (such as IP address and user agent) for security and abuse prevention.

We do not run marketing cookies or subscribe you to a newsletter. If you accept optional analytics cookies, we use Microsoft Clarity to collect aggregated usage data (such as pages visited and how you interact with the site) to improve performance and usability.

We use enquiry data to read your message, store it as a lead in our CRM, and reply by email or phone — typically within 1–2 hours. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and taking steps at your request before entering a contract.

We use IP address and similar request metadata to rate-limit the form and block automated abuse.

We share enquiry data only with the services that help us run the site and deliver the message:

• our website host (for example Vercel), which stores request logs
• our email or messaging provider (Resend and/or Slack), when those are configured, so the enquiry reaches our inbox
• our CRM (Buildex System), so the team can follow up on the enquiry as a lead
• Microsoft (Clarity), if you accept analytics cookies, to process anonymised session and interaction data on their infrastructure

We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.

We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to reply and, if we work together, to run the project. If we do not take the work, we delete or anonymise the message when it is no longer needed for that conversation or for security records. Hosting logs follow the host’s retention settings.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, erase, or restrict the use of your data, to object to our use of it, and to complain to a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, email hello@buildex.ltd.

We store your cookie choice on this device. Essential cookies (or similar storage) are needed to run the site and remember that choice. Optional analytics cookies are set only if you accept them in the banner; rejecting them means Clarity is not loaded. You can clear your browser data at any time to reset your choice.
